Dallas. Health Equity In Motion.

We turn movement into access: free heart screenings, health education, and real resources in Dallas neighborhoods that get skipped. Because prevention saves lives.

Our mission

Health equity in motion

Access to quality health care shouldn't depend on ZIP code. In Dallas, too many neighbors still face barriers to preventive care.

The Run It Up! Foundation exists to close that gap. We bring cardiovascular health education, awareness, and free screenings directly into underserved neighborhoods because the barriers are often distance, cost, time away from work, and systems that are difficult to navigate.

We do this work with our community, not only for it. Movement opens the door. Education, screenings, and partnership keep it open. Prevention saves lives, and prevention only works when people can reach it. This is why we Run It Up: for better health.

How we create impact

Running is the tool. The Foundation is the mission.

Our work is built for long-term health equity and expanded through partnership because no single program can remove every barrier to better health.
